Dr. Beth Reeder

Dr. Beth Reeder is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience specializing in the treatment of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and related conditions. Based in Pennsylvania, Dr. Reeder brings deep clinical expertise and a compassionate, evidence-based approach to her work with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Dr. Reeder earned both her master’s and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from Bryn Mawr College. She completed her APA-accredited internship and post-doctoral fellowship at Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin, where she received intensive training in evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders. Her clinical background also includes advanced training in anxiety and mood disorders through her work at the University of Pennsylvania and Hartford Hospital in Connecticut.
Most recently, Dr. Reeder served for over six years as the Assistant Clinical Director of Rogers Behavioral Health in Philadelphia. In this leadership role, she supervised multidisciplinary teams within the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, supporting treatment for OCD and anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.
Dr. Reeder is recognized for her expertise in exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety disorders, as well as in prolonged exposure (PE) therapy for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She is also trained in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), offering specialized support to parents of children struggling with anxiety.
Her research contributions include publications examining the causal relationships among OCD and comorbid depression in adolescents and adults, as well as work on symptom dimensions in OCD. Dr. Reeder is an active member of the International OCD Foundation, the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, and the Pennsylvania Psychological Association.
Dr. Reeder is licensed in Pennsylvania and PSYPACT-participating states including DC, Maryland, New Jersey, and Virginia. She provides teletherapy services, including parent guidance sessions, with a commitment to tailoring care to meet the unique needs of each client and family.
